Being an out of town real estate agent myself I was obviously looking for a high standard agent in Goolwa to sell my property. I drove past a sign in Rosemary St and noticed Tracy's happy face selected another agent to do an appraisal until I met with Tracy. Tracy is friendly, professional, bubbly with out being over the top, very knowledgeable. Tracy and I agreed on a price for the property, She sold it in three days with a fairly quick settlement.
